Client: Cargill Deutschland GmbH, Malchin, Germany. Interim Production Manager of a Pectin production facility. Preparation and execution of a plant periodic maintenance shutdown. Advancing Continuous Improvement, Stable Operations, and Visual Management. Managed 8 direct reports, 50 total.
Mr. Rutger van Rossem was a freelance consultant in a consulting project for Deloitte from Sept. 6, 2016 until Jan. 4, 2017. With a small, international team, Deloitte carried out a Production Audit and created a Masterplan for a capacity increase for the Client, an international brewery in Turkey. As the Brewing Technology Expert of the team, Rutger carried out the technological evaluation of equipment and processes, calculated capacities, proposed improvements and alternative concepts to increase output, collaborated on the masterplan and presented his findings to the Client's Executives and Management Team.
Rutger stood out for his very quick grasp of the task at hand, a high level of relevant expertise, creative ideas and a goal-oriented working style. Cooperation with the Turkish Managers, the Group Executives of the Client and the international Deloitte Team was smooth and pleasant.
